We've an enviable array of in house, section, sheet and plate processing machinery which allows us to go a little bit above and beyond the normal capacity of local fabrication companies.

 

Able to pre-process all materials and components for our fabrications in house, this gives us the ability to support and maintain the control of the feed of components and assemblies to our fabrication facility.

Material Processing

So what can we process in house? 

Hosting a complete array of fabrication equipment in house, we can:

Shear plate up to 2500mm long sheets up to 12mm thick on a range of hydraulic guillotine machines;

Fold sheet up to 2500mm long on our 160 tonne press brake equipment;

Automatic and manual bandsaw and cut off saw up to 250mm section sizes;

Sheet rolling up to 6mm thick material 1800mm long;

Full range of operations available on our hydraulic, 85 tonne metal working machines;

In house machining capability to support our fabrications and drilling capacity on a range of pedestal and radial drill lines.

And not forgetting all the assembly bays have full 400 amp MIG welding capability and plasma cutting facilities up to 15mm material thickness.
